She founded Core Dimensions International (CDI) in 2010, a business consulting/coaching firm in the Silicon Valley that focuses on assisting professionals, pre-ventures, startups and established medium size enterprises (SMEs) in developing and implementing business strategies that drive sustainable growth.
She has over a decade of experience in successfully managing two of the largest and reputable publicly-traded luxury retirement communities, and a state regulated property in the bay area where she guided the owners and investors on merger and acquisition, operations management, and lease obligations to achieve targeted return on investment (ROI).
