About Me:
Ramon Ware is the founder of RW Leadership Coaching where he specializes in personal development in leadership and consulting with leaders on implementing Lean thinking in their company. Before starting his own company, Ramon worked for over 20 years as a supply chain leader in
the consumer goods industry. He is also highly skilled in Lean Six Sigma, a proven methodology to improve processes and productivity. Ramon implemented the lean methodology at three companies where he increased free cash flow, profitability, and improved overall efficiency. Most
importantly, he was able to reduce chaos and bring stability to the supply chain.
Ramon earned a bachelor’s degree from the United States Air Force Academy (a leadership incubator), where he studied leadership and majored in Behavioral Science. He also earned an MBA from Webster University with an emphasis in Management while serving in the Air Force
as a rated flight navigator on special operations aircraft. Ramon is a husband, father of six, and loves to show his love for others through his cooking and community volunteering. He serves as an Executive Board Member in both his local Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce.
