Previously, Samuel served as Consul for Economic Affairs, supporting over 720,000 Mexicans and Mexican Americans across Northern California. His role extended to assisting Mexican-origin entrepreneurs, researchers, and business professionals, fostering connections and economic opportunities within the region. Samuel’s dedication to empowerment is further reflected in his leadership of a groundbreaking initiative aimed at supporting Hispanic entrepreneurs in California. He provided them with the tools, resources, and connections necessary to launch or scale
their ventures, bridging critical gaps in their networks. His work, including offering access to digital tools and partnerships with top tech companies in Silicon Valley, has helped Hispanic entrepreneurs strengthen their social capital and business acumen. Samuel holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in economics.
